The Challenge

A pre-revenue health-tech startup developing a non-invasive diagnostic device had a strong scientific foundation but lacked the commercial narrative, financial model, and investor network to raise institutional capital. The founding team were scientists with no prior fundraising experience.

What We Did

We rebuilt the company's pitch narrative from the ground up, establishing a clear scientific rationale aligned with clinical and regulatory requirements. We built a detailed financial model, created a comprehensive investor data room, and identified and approached target investors across pre-seed, seed, and Series A stages. Our team personally led investor meetings and coached the CEO through the fundraising process.
